Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original protective glass-safe packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned glass, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
